Felda Hot Spring, Sungai Kelah, Perak
The first location that I would like to share and also suggest is Felda Hot Spring, Sungai Kelah, Perak.
I went there on October 2010 with my in-law family. Our purpose was to rest and relax and feel the green fresh air all over us. Although one of our plans don't went well as it was raining, but the 3 days and one night trip was very pleasant and enjoyable.
My kids were happy and all of us satisfied with not just the condition, but also accommodation (we stay in 2 luxury villas equip with personal jacuzzi), food, and list of activities that you can do there.

Here we had our breakfast as provided (you can even request for lunch and dinner if you wish too... but need to pay extra)
Right in front there was swimming pool with fresh water from the mountain (it was claimed by them)
